These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ToneReply ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"), a subscription-based SaaS Chrome extension integrated with Gmail. ToneReply is a service operated by AIEMAILPRO.
By accessing or using ToneReply, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
ToneReply provides AI-powered email assistance features, including tone refinement, content rewriting, and summarization. The Service operates as a Chrome extension integrated with Gmail.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to subscribe to the Service.
ToneReply operates on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or yearly plans). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax collection, and payment processing.
We do not store or process your payment card details.
Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refund requests submitted within this period will be processed according to Paddle's refund policy.
Refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record.
ToneReply uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended language. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying content before sending or publishing it.

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, branding, and design, remain the exclusive property of ToneReply.
Users retain ownership of the content they submit for AI processing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToneReply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
